“the record practically explodes in your ears with every buzz-saw lead and percussive barrage. With eleven tracks packed full of stomping HM-2 riffs, earth-shattering grooves and Bobak Raifee’s caustic growls, Dragged Through The Dirt is a dark, abrasive and supremely volatile listening experience; a monstrous ensemble of destructive metallic hardcore.” – 8/10 Hysteria Magazine

“Unless something akin to a Papal-recognised miracle occurs, Justice For The Damned is releasing the Australian metal album of 2017.” – 5/5 Heavy Mag

“Justice For The Damned have walked toward the shadows of their existence and taken notes in the process, humbly presenting them in raw heaviness.” – 8/10 Depth Magazine

“Justice For The Damned have hit the mark on this release by unleashing a short, concentrated burst of metal and hardcore that abandons indulgence in favor for immediacy and a no frills, catchy approach to songwriting.” – 8.5/10 InsertReviewHere

“‘Today, Australia. Tomorrow, The World. Just you watch.” – 85/100 KillYourStereo

Justice For The Damned are a band that’s not the easiest to pigeon hole their sound, but Hysteria Magazine sums it up nicely when they say “They’re just fucking h-e-a-v-y, alright?”. The Sydney quintet have been chomping at the bit to release their Greyscale Records debut Dragged Through The Dirt, and now it has been received to critical acclaim, the band turns their eyes to the stage to show both Australia and the world what they can do.

Justice For The Damned continue supporting Ocean Grove on tour this week where they roll into Adelaide on Friday, and Melbourne on Saturday, before taking off on their first Australian headlining tour, playing a range of AA and 18+ shows throughout September, joined by HindsightStaunch, and Honest Crooks. After that they head to Europe for a month long run supporting Thy Art Is MurderOceano, and After The Burial.
